2. Order Process
2.1. Customization: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete details for customization, including text, images, and any other specifications. She'll Be Right Creative is not responsible for errors in the customization details provided by the customer.
2.2. Proof Approval: A digital proof will be provided for your approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to carefully review and approve the proof. Once approved, changes may not be possible, and any errors after approval are the customer's responsibility.
2.3. Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation may not be possible, and any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Prices: Prices are as quoted on our website or as provided by She'll Be Right Creative representatives. Prices may be subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
3.2. Payment: Full payment is required before production begins. We accept Card Payment, Afterpay, and Bank Transfer. Orders will not be processed until payment is received and confirmed.
4. Production and Delivery
4.1. Production Time: Production times may vary. We will provide an estimated production time upon order confirmation. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and She'll Be Right Creative is not liable for such delays.
4.2. Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to external factors beyond our control. She'll Be Right Creative is not responsible for delays or issues during the shipping process.
5. Quality Control
5.1. Quality Assurance: We strive to provide high-quality products. If you receive a product with manufacturing defects, contact us within [number of days] of receipt, and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.2. Refunds: Refunds will be issued at the discretion of She'll Be Right Creative and may be subject to restocking fees. Refunds will not include shipping costs.
7. Intellectual Property
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the right to use any provided logos, images, or text for customization. She'll Be Right Creative is not responsible for any infringement on intellectual property rights.
8. Copyright Protection
8.1. Ownership: All designs, graphics, and content provided by She'll Be Right Creative for customization are the intellectual property of She'll Be Right Creative and are protected by copyright laws.
8.2. Customer Content: By submitting any logos, images, or text for customization, you confirm that you have the right to use and reproduce such content. She'll Be Right Creative is not responsible for any infringement on third-party intellectual property rights.
8.3. Prohibited Use: Customers are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using any designs created by She'll Be Right Creative for commercial purposes without explicit written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
8.4. Custom Designs: Custom designs created by She'll Be Right Creative remain the exclusive property of She'll Be Right Creative. We reserve the right to reuse or modify custom designs for other purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8.5. Notification of Infringement: If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated through the use of our products, please contact us immediately, and we will investigate the matter promptly.
8.6. Copyright Notice: All rights reserved. Reproduction of our designs, in whole or in part, without express written consent from She'll Be Right Creative is strictly prohibited.
By placing an order with She'll Be Right Creative, you acknowledge and agree to respect the copyright protection of our designs. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action and associated costs.
